Responsibilities
- Perform general physical labor tasks, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily site duties.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing debris and trash.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints or instructions when available.
- Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Physically fit with the stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow supervisor instructions.
- Basic English comprehension skills.
