Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywall, and painting.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and waste disposal.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company protocols strictly.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in preparing work areas.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions (hot, cold, wet).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the workday.
- Basic understanding of construction safety is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
