Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Prepare work areas by cleaning debris, digging trenches, or setting up scaffolding.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are followed at all times.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with site layout.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Basic reading and math skills for understanding instructions.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
