Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various construction activities.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project plans.
- Unload and stock construction materials at job sites.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
