Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assist in site preparation, including digging, leveling, clearing debris, and excavating.
- Transport materials, tools, and waste to and from the job site as directed.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly at all times.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
- Perform general cleanup of work areas and job sites to maintain a professional environment.
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors, foremen, and fellow crew members.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift, carry, and hold heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices and PPE usage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, overtime, and early mornings.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
