Responsibilities
- Excavate, dig trenches, and prepare construction sites using hand/power tools
- Load/unload construction materials and operate light machinery (bobcats, forklifts)
- Assist carpenters, masons, and welders with material handling and site prep
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work zones
- Perform concrete work: pouring, finishing, and curing under supervision
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily for operational safety
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction labor experience or equivalent physical work
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong teamwork ethic and ability to follow verbal instructions
