Responsibilities

- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the direct supervision of a foreman.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by sweeping, clearing debris, and organizing tools.
- Perform site preparation duties including excavation, tamping, and leveling.
- Observe all safety regulations and report any hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions (heat, rain).
- Willingness to learn and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic math skills for measuring materials and quantities.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
