Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including material handling, site preparation, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills) and light equipment under supervision
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Read basic blueprints and follow project specifications
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress meetings
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and safety checks
Qualifications
- Ability to perform strenuous physical activity in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimates
- Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols
- Team-oriented attitude with clear communication skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings and occasional weekends
- Construction experience preferred but not required – we train!
