Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, hauling, and lifting materials.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and other team members regarding project needs.
- Prepare surfaces for concrete pouring, flooring, or finishing work.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
