Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Site Preparation: Assist in clearing and preparing construction sites, including digging, cleaning, and debris removal.
- Assist Trades: Support skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) by performing necessary manual tasks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Site Observation: Monitor site conditions and report any safety issues or structural concerns to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (3:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy physical labor, lift up to 50 lbs frequently, and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Prior construction or labor experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidates.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
- Tools: Basic hand tools familiarity is a plus.
