Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and maintenance.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site protocols at all times.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and job site instructions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Arizona Class C Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (extreme heat, rain).
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety equipment.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
