Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and framers) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and drills.
- Perform site preparation tasks such as digging, leveling, and concrete pouring.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area by removing debris and ensuring safety compliance.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations to support project accuracy.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Motivated candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to perform heavy physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read simple instructions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
