Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and transport them to the work site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety compliance.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Dig, grade, and prepare sites for construction projects.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Must be physically able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.
- Must have a valid ID and be legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
