Responsibilities
- Assist with various construction tasks including framing, drywall hanging, and general cleanup.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools at the job site.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and power tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all site safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines strictly.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
