While prior experience is a plus, we are primarily looking for candidates with a strong work ethic and the physical ability to perform manual labor. We offer comprehensive on-the-job training to help you grow from a laborer to a skilled trade professional.

Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment on the job site efficiently and safely.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards by removing debris, trash, and excess materials.
- Assistance & Support: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks, including digging, lifting, and basic setup.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic hand tools (hammers, saws, levels) and power tools under supervision to prepare sites and materials.
- Site Prep: Help prepare construction sites by tamping ground, mixing concrete, or assisting with framing and drywall hanging.
- Measurement & Marking: Perform basic measurements and assist in marking areas for installation as directed by the site foreman.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; candidates without a diploma but with relevant experience will be considered.
- Physical Requirements: Must be physically fit and able to perform heavy manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and excellent attendance record.
- Communication: Ability to understand and follow verbal and written safety instructions and work orders.
- Attitude: A positive attitude, willingness to learn new skills, and strong team collaboration skills.
