Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carpentry, drywalling, and masonry.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery (forklifts, skid steers) safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Ensure strict adherence to all OSHA safety regulations and site protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and delays.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and moving materials weighing up to 75 lbs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid Driver's License or Social Security Card.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and early shifts as required.
- Previous construction experience is preferred but not required; we offer on-the-job training.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well within a team.
- Basic math skills and ability to read basic instructions.
