Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Site Support: Assist carpenters, electricians, and other skilled tradespeople with daily tasks.
- Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Measurement: Assist in measuring and marking areas for cutting and installation.
- Demolition: Perform light demolition and debris removal as directed by the site supervisor.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous construction labor experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols.
- License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Attitude: Must be a hard worker, punctual, and willing to learn.
