Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Materials: Safely transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Quality Control: Help ensure work meets quality standards and project specifications.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Cleanliness: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are happy to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting, bending, and standing.
- Outdoor Work: Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
- Teamwork: Must be a reliable team player who communicates effectively.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
