Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills) under supervision
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Mix concrete, pour foundations, and assist with framing
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Assist skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in all weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to sites
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
- Basic math skills for measuring materials
- Punctual with strong work ethic and team mentality
- Drug-free and pass background check
- No prior experience required – training provided
