Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying construction materials
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Maintain clean and safe work areas according to OSHA standards
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors
- Participate in scaffolding setup and basic carpentry tasks
- Support concrete pouring, finishing, and curing processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
