Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including water heaters, drains, and pipe networks
- Install plumbing fixtures, appliances, and new construction piping per blueprints
- Perform emergency weekend service calls with rapid response times
- Conduct system inspections and preventive maintenance for long-term reliability
- Maintain accurate service reports and inventory management
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience with valid California contractor license
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting technologies
- OSHA 10 certification and EPA 608 certification required
- Exceptional diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
