Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (e.g., saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material installation and equipment operation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites while adhering to OSHA safety standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment as directed
- Follow project plans and supervisor instructions accurately
- Complete daily timesheets and safety documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction or heavy labor experience
- Valid state-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Basic tool operation knowledge (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Must be available for early morning starts (5-6 AM)
