Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Assist skilled trades with layout, measuring, and basic installation work
- Operate hand tools and light equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Complete daily progress reports and time documentation
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of construction labor experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
