Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and basic construction tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely after on-the-job training
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA guidelines
- Load/unload equipment and materials efficiently
- Support demolition, excavation, and finishing work as needed
- Complete daily equipment checks and safety documentation
Qualifications
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Valid government-issued ID for background verification
- Willingness to undergo paid safety training/certifications
- Physical stamina for lifting (up to 50 lbs) and outdoor conditions
