Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled tradespeople on construction sites
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the project
- Complete daily timecards accurately for same-day payment processing
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
- Basic understanding of construction site safety principles
- Punctual attendance and strong work ethic
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and work collaboratively
