Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and cleanup
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and project guidelines
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned by site supervisors
- Support various construction phases including demolition, framing, and finishing
Qualifications
