Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy equipment (certified)
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work zones
- Assist carpenters/masons with layout and finishing tasks
- Read blueprints and execute verbal instructions accurately
- Perform daily equipment maintenance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on tight deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction/labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Pass background/drug screening (pre-employment)
- Blueprint reading and basic math proficiency
- Team player with punctuality and accountability
