Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks such as carpentry, concrete pouring, and excavation.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Prepare job sites by cleaning debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform general labor tasks including painting, sanding, and hauling.
- Report safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting heavy objects and standing.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus but not required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to read and understand basic safety instructions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
