Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/un construction debris and equipment
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain job site organization
- Read basic blueprints and execute supervisor instructions
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, trenching, and leveling
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Steel-toe boots and basic work attire required
- Flexible availability for early morning starts (6 AM)
- Must possess basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, shovels)
