Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and concrete pouring operations under night supervision
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, skid steers, and power tools with certification
- Install and dismantle scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Perform material handling, inventory management, and site cleanup protocols
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and emergency response procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex construction phases
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and pre-shift inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or relevant trade certification
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification required
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather
- Class B CDL or forklift certification preferred
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and construction terminology
- Reliable transportation to pre-dawn shift start times
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
