Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and backfilling operations
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with precision
- Install and remove temporary safety barriers and signage
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling
- Perform concrete finishing and surface preparation
- Document daily progress and material usage
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Knowledge of blueprint reading basics
