- Read and understand basic job site instructions and blueprints.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs).
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong safety focus.
