Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain heavy construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and project requirements.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Perform site cleanup and maintenance, including debris removal and waste disposal.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials according to blueprints and project specifications.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations to support project accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to the Long Beach Ca - Pennsylvania job site.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
