Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site prep
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Load/unload equipment and maintain organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Perform excavation, demolition, and debris removal tasks
- Read blueprints and execute verbal instructions from supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, levels, saws)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with concrete, framing, or demolition preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality required
