Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely to and from the job site.
- Support Trades: Provide general support to skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers as needed.
- Equipment Operation: Operate heavy machinery and power tools (e.g., forklifts, jackhammers) following all safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets project specifications and quality standards.
- Site Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict safety and cleanliness regulations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Safety Conscious: Commitment to following all OSHA safety regulations and company guidelines.
