Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks including cutting, measuring, and mixing.
- Perform site preparation, including excavation, grading, and cleanup.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for long hours, including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices is preferred but not required (we train).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
