Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various tasks on-site.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal and maintaining a safe work zone.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation as directed.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to stand and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.
