Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stack building materials, tools, and equipment at construction sites in Baltimore and NY.
- Site Preparation: Prepare and clean job sites, ensuring a safe working environment for the crew.
- Tool Operation: Assist skilled tradespeople by operating hand and power tools (drills, saws, levels) as directed.
- Support Tasks: Perform basic measurements, mix concrete, and assist with demolition or framing tasks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Inventory Management: Help keep track of tools and materials to ensure nothing is lost or damaged.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor for long periods, including lifting heavy objects and standing on feet.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to showing up for every shift.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours, including weekends and overtime as required.
