Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including demolition, excavation, and material handling
- Prepare and clean job sites daily, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Assist in erecting scaffolding and temporary structures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ pounds
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screening
- Basic understanding of English communication skills
