Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, electricians) with daily tasks and operations.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal, sweeping, and waste management.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and heights as required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety.
