Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily site operations.
- Load, unload, and distribute materials to work areas efficiently.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and generators.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing debris and hazards.
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, trenching, and concrete finishing.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and project instructions strictly.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Strong willingness to learn and work as part of a cohesive team.
- Valid Driver's License (Class B preferred but not mandatory).
- Basic math skills and ability to read basic construction plans or instructions.
- No prior experience required; we provide training for motivated candidates.
