Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial piping systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, including leaks and blockages.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing infrastructure.
- Ensure all work adheres to local and state building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide accurate estimates and communicate effectively with clients regarding repairs.
- Respond to emergency calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage inventory of tools and materials on job sites.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable personal vehicle.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
