Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywalling, and finishing.
- Load, unload, and transport building materials to and from the job site.
- Operate construction equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and free of hazards in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow blueprints and instructions provided by supervisors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Perform basic measurements and site preparation as directed.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in general construction is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
