Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently for demolition, excavation, and finishing work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Flexibility to work early mornings and weekends on project deadlines
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with daily check-in requirements
