Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various onsite tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and concrete work.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools to ensure an efficient workflow.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and correctly under supervision.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Transport materials between job sites as needed using company vehicles or equipment.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Willingness to learn new skills and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required for qualified candidates.
