Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including carpentry, masonry, and concrete finishing.
- Operate heavy machinery and tools, including forklifts and skid steers, following all safety guidelines.
- Perform general site cleanup and maintenance to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow blueprints and instructions from supervisors to complete projects efficiently.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions as required.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic math skills and ability to read simple instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
