Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, including excavation, cleanup, and debris removal.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools safely under supervision.
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, framers, and rough-ins) with daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Read and follow basic blueprints and instructions from supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States of America.
