Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling grounds.
- Tool Operation: Operate hand and power tools safely under the supervision of senior tradespeople.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Site Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds frequently and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal instructions clearly.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is preferred for site travel.
- Experience: Prior construction or general labor experience is a plus but not mandatory.
