Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Prepare construction sites by clearing, digging, and leveling areas in accordance with blueprints and project specifications.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stack materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Equipment Operation: Operate hand and power tools, as well as light machinery (forklifts, skid steers) after proper certification.
- General Labor: Perform various manual tasks such as mixing concrete, cleaning work areas, and assisting skilled tradespeople.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and site protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Assist in quality control checks to ensure work meets project standards.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, and push heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) for extended periods.
