Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack building materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople with daily tasks.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.
- Perform basic site preparation, including cleaning, digging, and leveling.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Transport materials to and from the job site using company vehicles.
- Assist in demolition and renovation tasks as directed by the Site Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety and procedures.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
